Assuming that thin people are always healthy is wrong. Health is not related to the constitution of the body. Even a fat person can stay healthy by eating right food at the right time. Good nutritious and nourishing food is very important. Exercises and other physical activities like swimming, jogging, bicycling and walking gives complete strength to heart, bones and muscles. This keeps away from all the diseases like diabetics, blood pressure etc. Practicing meditation decreases anxiety stress disorders and keeps our mind healthy. It is not that a person who is thin lives a healthy life. A plum person following all the above ways can lead a healthy and wealthy life.
